BOOTCAMP-Style Fitness Instructor
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness and wellness, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals in various group settings. This role involves designing engaging bootcamp-style fitness programs, leading classes, and providing training sessions to clients of all skill levels. Duties
- Develop and implement innovative BOOTCAMP STYLE fitness programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse groups.
- Lead group fitness classes including but not limited to HIIT, Bootcamp, and general fitness.
- Provide personal training sessions that focus on individual client goals and progress tracking.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide feedback on performance improvements.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
- Promote fitness sales and encourage client retention through exceptional service.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and best practices in fitness instruction.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology to ensure safe and effective program design.
- Experience in group fitness instruction with the ability to engage participants effectively.
- Proficiency in personal training techniques with a focus on individualized client needs.
- Familiarity with various fitness modalities including Circuit, HIIT, “Military Style “ Bootcamp, TRX, and kickboxing.
- Excellent communication skills to motivate clients and convey instructions clearly.
- Ability to create an inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation from all skill levels.
- Sales skills related to promoting fitness programs and services.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: up to $33.96 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 3 per week

- Evening shift: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (M/W)
